Bumper Shocks

Post by Denver412 »

Has anyone come across a suitable replacement for the front and rear bumper shock absorbers for a '74 412? Also, all four of mine have a steel wire hook thingy that looks like it is supposed to clip over a knob on the shock shaft, maybe to produce tension so if the bumpers are pushed slightly they will spring back when the clip releases? Is there a way to get that thing back on the knob if it has released?

Thanks!
