Hello 412 fan`s.
Lots of great reading here. Fantastic that it`s so many t-4 fan`s out there. For about a year ago I presented my 412 turboprojekt here, and now its started. I killed my 4-speed manual box this summer, so now the porsche 915 5-speed tranny is going in. I need to do a little adjust in the crossmember,to get the 100 % right position, but that should be easy. And other important information I found at the T4RUM. FANTASTIC. :D The component`s I`v got is as follows . A very good GE 1971cc engine thats rolled only 8000 km. It vill get new bearings and gaskets ,and a good balansing job. Original cylinders and squereport heads or my newbuildt 1.8 AN heads. CB double 40Dell Turbosetup (modified to fit under the enginelid) with the turbo and intercooler aside of the gearbox. As for the chassie I`v got lots of good advises reading Ray Greenwood`s tips. I have mounted the Ford Eco rear dampers (great differens) and are going to fit Audi 80 adjustable Konis in the front this vinter. I`v got saab 900 turbo leather front and backseat ,but will shange this with 9000 electric one`s. I have a set of Porsche 912 complete diskbrakes (282 and 285mm) that also will be fitted before the summer. Lots of things to do.

Sounds like an awesome project. I want to transform one of my sedans into a Euro/German look car, possibly with turbo power? I'll be looking forward to seeing your progress!

Wow! That Porsche gearbox sounds like a really great idea. Good luck!
