type 3/4 rear hub-drum interchangeable?

type 3/4 rear hub-drum interchangeable?
Would the type 4 rear wheel hubs and drums fit to a late ('72, irs) ype 3? Same parts? I have a type 3 hub with stripped splines and have access to a complete ('69-'70, i guess) 411 rear suspension. Thanks.

Nevermind, searched more and the hubs won't fit, just the drums/shoes...
