Brake booster questions
I am working on a late model 72 and the brake booster is bad. Can i retro fit a booster off a later bay? Would i be better off just using the master cyl and booster from the donor bay. Will that all bolt on?

Re: Brake booster questions
I haven't seen a servo off a '72... Does yours look like this one from busdepot for 73-79?

Or you can check these guys out, they rebuild them.

Re: Brake booster questions
Mine is a 73 and measures 8 3/4" diameter.
I am interested in knowing the answer to your question as well.

Re: Brake booster questions
I contacted this guy for my '72 booster rebuild. He was fast, inexpensive and the booster came out nice.
The Brake Booster rebuild guy is:

Ron?
I think the cost is about $100, I don't remember if that included shipping.
UPDATE 09/10/10 - I just read here:
http://www.itinerant-air-cooled.com/vie ... php?t=3990
bad news about re-builder with recommendations for others. Glad I got mine done!
