Re: registering your cars?
It comes down to the interpretation of the law where you live. So location is important.
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

Most states go by the title, if your car has one. Why ask here - go to your local DMV and get the scoop on what you need to do.

Re: registering your cars?
You're in luck, Tennessee has adopted the current SEMA legislation related to hot rods, customs and kit cars:
http://www.semasan.com/main/main.aspx?id=62366
You need to email SEMA and find out just what was passed and how they recommend going about getting your Bradley on the road. The process is VERY easy and the law is an extremely fair one that's a snap to comply with.
Short of contacting SEMA, go to your insurance agent. Mention the recently passed SEMA legislation by House Bill Number and have them walk you through it. Easy Peasy
Luck,
TC

This site may be your best hope... Study it well on all aspects of getting a registration and you may have to walk the "drone" at DMV through process to get your registration....

Not to say that I condone this... but in a pinch buy a pre 74 VW title, weld the VIN in by the shift coupler, remove any other numbers as necessary, then title at the DMV. Shazam

Re: registering your cars?
That is a crap shoot and it may cost you your car. If caught in this state, that will happen plus a lot more.
