Never underestimate the effects of a good polish on some old hub caps. I finally got around to polishing the hubcaps my mechanic gave me when I put stock rims back on Karen, not really thinking I would be able to do anything about the haze. Boy, was I wrong. I also ended up wiping her down & giving her a quick spray wax.
When I dig into her next "gutrot" project (last year was the frame head, this year will be beginning the floor patching, driver's side door sill, and patching the heater channel) she'll end up with primer on her driver's side rear quarter panel ... I'm trying to get as many pictures as possible before then, because she won't get another repaint until ALL the gutrot is fixed, a few projects (and probably a few years) from now

Took a picture of her on the lift today at the shop, getting her rear end tweaked (that's not meant to sound kinky). The guys at the shop give me a hard time about how much I baby the car (to the point that I don't even like to get her wet) ... when I brought her to the shop Thursday it was raining, and rinsed a lot of garage dust off her I need to start driving this car more often.
I FEEL LIKE IM FLYING is what she looks like she's saying ...

Some pictures I took a few weeks ago on a cruise to Williamsburg, VA (I live in Richmond, VA so it's about 45-60 minutes away). It's always a nice cruise, I take the back roads through the farm country.
