Howdy,
Can anyone offer any insight into interchangeability of Type 3 (upper) BJ torsion arms? Specifically, whether there are differences between the 'late' '71-73's and the earlier '65+ BJ torsion arms?
Thanks for your time.

bump come one somebody...................
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

IIRC the ARMS are the same, the spindles differ somewhat as to the caliper mount.
There are a few folks on TOS who may know for sure, I have not needed to do the swap.
(I do have a spare very low mile earlier front end as a spare though)
I didn't post up as I'm I have not actually tried it myself.
In the end, there is only one way to really know...

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
