I've got these in box of bits and wondered of there drivers or not?

IRFIZ is a MOSFET, used for injectors. TIP42 is a transistor, used for idle valves, boost control solenoid, ect. LMxxxx is a voltage regulator.

Simple put the numbers of other parts into GOOGLE SEARCH till you get a result....Because I can't read some of the numbers very well from pic...
