Megasquirt for a 2387 motor

I am waiting on a few more parts for my 2387 build. I want to make this motor Fuel injected. I have some yamaha waverunner throttle bodies coming from eBay. They have flanges to mount and will seperate. They are 42mm. I believe these will mount up good with an homemade adapter plate that I will build. This motor will have 10.5 compression, Cb Super pro heads with a CB-2300 camshaft. I want to be distributor free and use a crank trigger. Which Megasquirt will handle my fuel injection and ignition as well? Sense I am new to the fuel injection, what all do I need to get this motor going with this megasquirt?

MS1 2.2 will do it, and is the most basic and cheapest model, as they go up from there you have move options and refinement....

i'll be running my 2110 ITB build off ms1 2.2 for fuel and spark

Go with at least the 3.0 main board, its just a nicer product and will upgrade much nicer than the 2.2.
