i have a 68' ghia, i was wondering how i get he wiper washer to work. iu have all the equipment, but do not know how to engage the water to blow on the windshield...........

Push the wiper button to engage. Be sure your spare tire has air in it. That is the power source!

If you have everything to the system you should have a hose that runs from the air valve on the washer bottle to the air valve on the spare tire. If you don't have one get one because without it you won't be able to squirt/spray water onto the windshield. The required air charge comes from the spare tire.

is it a wire or a tube? If it's actually a wire maybe someone installed an electric pump at some point?!
If it's a tube, where the washer fluid goes through the switch to the nozzle then what you need to find is a tube to go from the top of the bottle to the spare tire's valve.

HEY THANXS A LOT, I LOCATED THE BOTTLE AND A WIRE THAT RUNS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE TO THE BACK OF THE WIPER/WASHER SWITCH ON MY DASHBOARD, WHERE DOES THIS CORD FORM THE BOTTLE TO THE SPARE TIRE RUN TO ? AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT REPLACING IT???

I personally modified the switch into an electrical item and put in a washer pump from the local autoparts store.
Works like a charm, and my spare always has air!
