Ah, I stand corrected. I found rebuilt manual early Cavalier racks online for ~$120 but the pictures were all apparently stock photos showing the later end-load units.

Ya I had the same problem to until I seen some one put it on a 38 doge. It looks like it will work I may get a cheap power one from the salvage yard hear to play with then switch to a manual and use the power as a core .

I was thinking the same thing, the dimensions/mounting points should all be the same so you could use a cheapie power unit to mock it up. Even if it's not acceptable as a core, that's only like $5

Ya I may have to check out the local salvage yard to see if they have one laying around I can take it off my self that way and get the mounting hard ware and tirods to that way.
