i usually just read and will post when i have a question or my intelligence level peaks enough to give some advice from my experiences.i have a 67 westy that a friend GAVE me! it is in need of some major work and is partially disassembled right now. i plan to weld in new parts where needed and basically "re-do" the bus. not restore, but re-do. all the modifications from the PO will mostly remain.
i also had a 63 deluxe at one point and did quite a bit of mechanical work to it. this will be my first body work attempt.
btw, i also have a 70 'vert (aka rust bucket) and a 62 ragtop (aka MY car)
none run right now but my kids and i are having fun working on them.
