105mm je piston and cylinder vs 104mm AA set

Hello everybody, quick Question, If you had access to a set of 105mm Je pistons and usa provided cylinders, and a set of 104mm AA pistons and cylinders to use in a type 4 engine what would you choose?

I have also heard horror stories about 105mm ones warping due to thin walls

105s have a .200” wall. 1700cc 90s also have a .200” wall. It’s not thin. If you really want thicker, use Deutzes. They’re 120mm at the head.
