Hello all!
My name is Joe. I have a rayjay 301 F70 turbo from an old crown kit, and I am wondering if anyone knows of a reputable place that can rebuilt and replace any bad parts for it. It is going on an old Datsun 240Z I have spent the last 3 years building, and it mainly going to be on there for looks. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The RayJay turbo is somewhere around 70's to 80's technology. I'l wager you will spend over $500.00 to get it rebuilt.
Miniman on STF and theSamba used to deal with those turbos......I don't think he is very active here but you could try to PM him .
There are many OEM turbos available used or even new that would be more efficient and compact that will perform as well or even better than that one.
It would depend on your application which turbo would best fit your build.
I prefer the Subaru turbos... You can clock them in two different positions and still use the internal wastegate....or disable the stock wastegate valve and use an external one if desired.
There are many other turbos that you can buy from $300.00 to $1500.00 or more dollars if you like.
I assume you are putting it on a 2.4 liter engine. There are many turbos that would fill that need and you can get new or used.
I have used the TD04L-13T turbos from a WRX and it has been a great turbo for at least 8 years in the current application. I haven't paid over $75.00 for a turbo yet.
All the turbos that were available way back are probably crushed so finding the older turbos seem to get more and more challenging as the years go by.

I had one rebuilt by a place in Joplin Mo about 7 years ago , and yes it cost a little over $500 then. Not much point in using that rayjay if your not building a draw through set up, like clonebug said theres plenty of other options
