0-60 times?

What sort of acceleration can I expect from a 2.0L type 4 with 130-140 bhp peaking at 6.000 rpm's, and about 170-180 nm of torque (about 130ftlbs) The engine will be in a 1300S with stock transmission 3,88 R&P and 23inch rear tires (185/55-15). How long will this car take to hit 60 mph. How about quarter mile times? What about top speed? The tires will be road tires not slicks. Hope someone can give me som info here, so I know if I must build a bigger engine or not!
