We have a new venue this year as we are moving our show from Lodi to Galt. The show will now be held at the Galt Community Park, located just east of Highway 99. The City of Galt is only 10 minutes north of Lodi on Highway 99. The date will be Sunday September 17, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cost will be $15 to enter your VW in the show and an Event Dash Plaque will be included. The show is free for spectators. Only VW's belonging to Car Show Participants will be allowed in the parking lot of the park for this event. Please check back here often for updates. There will be future press releases featuring the Show Artwork (featured on Awards and Dash Plaques), Car Show Classes and Sponsors.
Directions:
-From Highway 99 Northbound (Coming from Lodi/Stockton Area): Exit at the Walnut Exit. Proceed straight through the 4-way stop, you will be travelling East on Walnut. Continue straight for approximately 1 mile, you will pass several 4-way stops, the Galt Community Park will be on your right.
-From Highway 99 Southbound (Coming from Elk Grove/Sacramento Area): Exit at the Twin Cities Exit. Turn Left and go back over the freeway in an Eastward direction. Turn right on Carillion Blvd. and continue down approximately 1.5 miles to Walnut. Turn left onto Walnut and the park is on the right.
