9" and fenders

Post by 64bug »

Anyone get 9 inch wide rears to fit under 1 1/4" wider rear fenders? (or what fenders are you using? For a swing axle. Pictures?

Thanks

Sweet i just put 17x9 twists on with a 255s. Fit perfect with no spacers (to the suspension componantes(swing arms) And mocking my stock rear wings its hard to tell if they will tuck 1 1/4" wider. Hopefully!

I have steel fenders approx. 1-1/4" wider than stock with 18"x9.5" twist replicas(255/35 tires). They fit nicely and soon will be replaced by a set of 2002-2004 Porsche 996 5-spoke replicas 18"x10" with the same tires.

On the front I have 18"x8" with 225/35 tires, a 2" narrow beam with 1" wider steel fenders.
