Aircooled East to West Cruise & KG Treffen in May

Hello everyone... plans are coming together for the "Aircooled East to West Cruise" from the MI Vintage Festival on May 13th to the "Aircooled on Fremont" show in Las Vegas on May 18th. The proposed route and trip itinerary is linked below on the Air Head Parts website. All aircooled cars are welcomed!!!

All of this will be leading up to the annual KG cruise on May 19th which this year begins in Las Vegas and ends in Ventura, CA. The 9th annual KG Treffen will be held at KGP&R on the 20th. Information on these events is also listed on the page linked below.

Your help is needed!!! What we are looking for at this point are suggestions of things to see along the way... interesting photo opportunities... or secondary road excursions that are fun but that don't take us too far off route. Any suggestions are welcomed.

We are also looking to get together with other VW enthusiasts along the way. If you know of a club or organization on the route... please post it.
