My new project 56 Oval

Post by slowtwitch »

This past weekend, i towed home my latest project. It's not perfect, it needs paint, been hit lightly in the front, one piece glass, rear apron was trimed a little for a turbo and it sits on an irs pan, etc.

The interior is ok, headliner needs to be re-installed.

It also came with a nice running single port and a nice stereo. I was also surprised when the PO threw in an OG W deck lid, in great shape :D

almost forgot, also in the deal, custom performance trans ( just what my T4, 2.0 asked for) , brand new , still in boxes, Airkewld air suspension setup (front and back) and again, still in boxes, Bad wide 5 disc brakes, for the front and new narrowed beam with dropped spindles :D

I'm planning on using it as a driver a few days a week, till i get my 67 done. Then I'll rebuild this one....

I got one word for ya! Sweettt.
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

Sweet steering wheel. Might be worth as much as rest of car.

Wow! Wish my project Oval I am working on started in that condition!

Hope to see more soon, stick with it.
