1966 Bug

I have owned this car since 1989 in variuos forms .When i bought this it was turkquiose blue lowered detrimmed and still 6 volt.i reckon the only original bits left are the main shell and roof lining,although i dont think thats unusual.Car spec is 2 litr type 4,944na brakes all round including rear torsion bars and the 944 adjustable spring plates.3.88:1 1303s gearbox.Car uses a semiauto pan for the irs.Front is narowed 50mm and rear trailing arms were also narrowed 29mm each side.

Very nice. You must feel like this one is part of the family owning it for so long.

Wise placement of the fuel filter. Exactly where I have mine on the '66 Bug I own.

Thanks for the reply ,I am looking for pics of when i first had it but having trouble locating them,I have put the car away for the winter so wont be doing much to it till the spring.
