Hi, I have a '69 bus with a 2.2L subaru and reading about some other peoples rides have made me want to lift mine so I can get some bigger/grippier tires on. I have seen the lift plates and am considering building some but does anyone know how tall of a tire I can put on (15" rim) if I just turn the springs up? I want to use fairly skinny tires so they won't stick past the wheel wheels. Can anyone comment on this? Thanks
