Have you noticed this? This is Surefit Travis' car and the add says he's passed away in a car accident!

Edit: I noticed i had forgotten to paste the address for the add, so people would even understand what i was writing about...

Aug. 30th apparently, not sure if he was driving his 412 or different car.

I met Travis a couple years ago at the Great Canadian VW Show. He was a gentleman, dedicated husband, and grateful VW enthusiast. He went out of his way to make a set of seat covers for my 412 and took parts for payment. He was going through some tough times but had a positive outlook and excemplified the saying "no worries", eventhough he had plenty. With perserverance, his tough times changed for the better and was on his way to a new chapter in his life. I'll miss him.

yes, it is very sad and he was so young - the same age as me and it brings home once again the fragility of life. I hope he finds a 412 up in heaven.
