Hi again,
since my car has new, fabricated sills there are no holes for drain or anti rust spraying.
These holes has to be made but where are they placed and what size do they have respectively in an original sill?
Are there other holes for anti rust spraying then in the sills?

The original drain holes usually were less crimped areas stamped in the seam, leaving a short opening at a few spots.
If they are truly missing...how to recreate these depends on how the PO welded the panels.
