Lowering my 71 bay soon and i was wondering if when i lower it will a Empi rear sway bar hang too low and rub? Going with boomerangs in the back and maybe one outer spline.
Are the Empi bars ok or is there a better brand out there?
I had heard of a company called whiteline? that made swaybars for the rear that didnt hang as low but i havent found any info on them anywhere.
Any advice would be great

Re: sway bars on a lowered bay?
Got a 7/8" ADDCO anti-sway bar in the rear on my '68; it's not lowered, but for years it ran 70-series tires & never caused problems, even in snowy conditions or off-road camping travel. Have only heard of issues with the EMPI bars. YMMV
Happy travels.

Whiteline are an Australian company: http://www.whiteline.com.au/index.php Sadly they seem to no longer make any sway bars for bays.knox wrote:Lowering my 71 bay soon and i was wondering if when i lower it will a Empi rear sway bar hang too low and rub?
