And BTW, 412 Variants with VW-port-equipped A/C (VPC CCCool) had yet a third style of aux heater blower air ducting. Mine has a thinwall plastic adapter, square at the blower end, round at the other, with a 90 degree bend in it. No double-barrel thing. A short length of plastic corrugated tube goes to the top of a thinwall plastic tee that goes on top of the left-side hot air tube (#53), and another corrugated plastic tube goes from the side port on the tee to the right side hot air tube elbow (#23). All this Rube Goldbergish nightmare was to clear the A/C compressor, not enough room for the double-barreled blower adapter from the non-A/C Variant config. And still not enough airflow, due to the two 90 degree bends and all the twists in the plastic tubes. Never seen a parts book with the above kludge listed.
