Does a decklid make a big difference at that speed?

As you can see in the photo, the pipe going in to the plenums are not centered...

Next time I will weld the 90 degree onto the plenum and the 3/4 side is almost done. the last stage will be to close the plenums, and will do both sides at the same time.
