Oops. I forgot to post that.
I used .120 wall DOM.
I would avoid tapping the tubing myself because it would only leave an 1/8" wall.

I finally got around to starting the a-arm mock up and started on the floor... Went with 1 1/2" .120 wall chromoly... should be plenty tough and shouldnt need plating as a backup.

How far apart are you spacing them? I like to see a car in primer, it looks like something is being accomplished!

72 would of been better... I still need about 6-10 to finish the floor and still have a roof to do. Granted, I am known to overkill things occasionally though

As for the spacing, it depends on the floor area in question! I will post up a pic once I get the floor finished.

Got a little more work done today. Between this and my rock crawler project, its going slow.

Floor is off so I can cut it to fit and I tacked the arms. Still have alot to do, but I can visualize it now!

What is your goal for degrees of caster & camber at full droop and full bump?

Honestly, I havent gotten that far yet. I cloned the measurements from Chenowth and thought I would mock it up and go from there.

FWIW, I have 7 deg. caster and 0 deg camber throughout full travel, and a 10 deg. KPI. My arms do, however, swing slightly forward as they go up.
