I guess since you guys bumped this I should update it. For the last 3 or 4 months I have been dailying it, a normal week see's 700-800 miles. It has been a battle of attrition: VR sensor, tps sensor, and a oil cooler. I'm right now driving on the leaky oil cooler until I have a couple of hours to install the new used one that I got last Sunday. The bus is waiting on me to put the intake back from when I fixed a coolant leak. I also need some time to start on making a temporary side scoop so I can start collecting data on the cooling. I just don't have any time.

I have lots of those coolers if you end up needing another one (or other odd ball pieces parts for these relics). I need to pay you for loaning me the drill/reamer for so long.

Luckily I don't need it right now, I can use a spare cooler since I already "borrowed" the one for my future turbo motor.

Thanks - good luck on finding more time. Glad to hear it is putting up with daily abuse - that's the hardest test, IMO.
