Yeah, those CSP pipes and bends are handy hey? ;-)

I admire how quickly you learnt alu welding, kudos!

Very handy and a lot cheaper than the Stainless Header option I wanted...

Thanks! Aluminium TIG is actually damn cool!

1, 2 and 4 tacked from the port flange to the collector, 3 is a bit hard, so need to think a bit...

Yep. It's hard to take a good picture to discribe the problem, but it involves cylinder offset and flywheel scatter shield and wierd angles.

No. 3 exhaust will go between the engines deep sump and transmission, below the scatter shield.

I don't know just how available it is now days but you used to be able to get a flexible tube for exhaust (just don't use it for that) to figure out the bends on a pipe.

No3 sorted with a 14° piecut down from the collector to clear the scatter shield.

Still need to rack my way to the port flange. More tomorrow

If I remember correctly laser beams only go in one direction    . A friend of mine used to own a muffler shop; when a tight situation came to hand they often use the bendable stuff to define the joggle then bend the pipe accordingly. Old stuff but it worked.
