I'm interested to see how that new turbo is. I have been debating on the 252 or 257 myself.

The engine nearly fits now. Still need to get the saw out some more. 3” transmission raise and a Mendeola sure makes it tight :twisted:

Pretty cool looking. I think I would make a turndown in the tip of the exhaust so water doesn't come in as much and collect at the bottom of the ben which can cause rust (assuming the tube is steel).

Yeah, the V6 and bus transaxle are quite a bit of work in a stock pan.

New racw weight daymoulding front and rear fenders. Need a respray, but fits up perfect to the not so perfect body..

Some black paint on the fenders helped a lot!

Dump pipe done and wiring started. Keeping it simple.

One loom from dash to the engine.
One loom from the ECU back
Pumps etc on relays

No lights etc for now.

I think oil, fuel and water plumbing is done. Some lines needs some heat protection (but far away from exhaust. Some need some rubber protection from corners etc.

Real short full flow lines!
