I noticed that after the post
.
There are so many things and even more answers so it was a good idea. I have had posts disappear before especially lately.

Got some things that have been needing looked at down today.
First off I modified the stop on my gas pedal to give me full throttle!
I was getting maybe 70% previously so the drive to work tomorrow should be fun.
Also fixed my wipers they got disconnected at some point. Now the chance of showers won’t keep me from driving.
Stay safe

Nice. It's always good to get to those little things that end up being a big deal. Not too long ago I fixed my dome light. Hasn't worked In probably 20 years! Not sure why I never fixed it. Sure is nice to be able to see at night!

Haha! Doobies were never my thing. A nice whiskey now and then is a different story. Although no one ever accused me of being better when I drink either!

I have to gel on my self. Changed the oil in the Baja this weekend and looks like I over filled it by a ton!
Not sure what I was thinking but my AFR where all over the place.
So now I have questions
What’s everyone running for spark plugs heat range wise?
And does anyone know of a descent method to clean an o2 sensor?
Thanks

did the oil smell alot like fuel? or you deffo over filled it you think? or you over filled it when refilling? maybe suck it out the dipstick tube if you don't want to juggle with the sump bolt.?

I’m 90% sure I dumped 2.6 quarts In not thinking. I was taking care of the kids and trying to knock this out at the same time.
I’m going to dump the oil as my AFRs where all over the place from 8:1 to 24:1.
Also had a ton of blue smoke, so the plugs and maybe the O2 sensor need swapped.

I just replaced mine because it was soaked with oil. Only thing I have ever heard was that you can burn it off. For me it wasn't worth my engine to find out if it worked or not.
Do you run a sump? 2.6 quarts doesn't seem like a lot to me. I run a little over 2 quarts in mine with a 1.5 quart sump. I fill mine to just over the low mark on the stick.
I run a heat range of 6 on an NGK

I don’t run a sump.
I’m gonna get a new one I’m just pissed as that was a new one this season. I may pull it and see if I can clean it just to get me to and from work for a week or so.
Thanks for the plug numbers. I’m gonna have to grab some. Sucks it was on the list to do but I wasn’t planning to screw this up so bad. I hope I didn’t hurt anything by over filling it.

My fingers are crossed for you. I wiped mine with some thinner and on low heat and not too close, I heated it up with a torch. Hoping to burn off any left over oil. Put it away in case of an emergency.

Well.... pulled the dip stick and it looks like I’m 1/2 to 3/4s of a quart over full! Also pretty heavy fuel smell. I’ll drain it tomorrow. The exhaust manifold and external waste gate are covered in oil.
So tomorrow will be another oil change, plugs and an o2 sensor if I can find one local. Or I’ll order one at the worst.

O'reilly's carries it if you can get past their small mindedness and get a part number or the car it came from. They were the cheapest at the time. Napa carried it too but it was a quite a bit more money.
