I drilled all the way trough the shroud, used M6 bolts and nuts
Put some alloy tube inside to prevent pulling the shroud against each other.
You know what I mean? Kinda hard to explain.

Thanks guys,
The tube makes sense.
Also the rivnuts. I just wanted to make sure there was space in side, I understand what the tins do but I’ve never had them off to see the space available to mount things.
On the fan side is there clearance for a nut and bolt?

That was the answer I was afraid of! I’m kinda stuck on how my fuel crossover from one rail to the other should look. I have hard line bent up.

Can't you go behind the shroud?
I did an6 flex line behind the shroud. Just make sure it can't rub anywhere or get to close to the fan

I can go behind, but I have a surplus of ez Bend hard line I would rather use. Just curious to see if what options people used.

I used the two upper bolts that hold the fan housing in to support my fuel line. Put a couple harness clamps on them and slip the hard line through it. I use some slit hose with a clamp to keep it in place.
This is my newest fuel line routing with my new intakes and injectors.
You could also run it through the bottom bolts if you didn't want it seen as well.
As you can see below........all my other crap hides it once its all together and you can't even see it.
Once the body and turbo plus intercooler is mounted only the youngsters with enough interest to bend down and actually look would be able to see it......if they even knew what it was.....

Thanks clone!
I was trying to figure out if running my fuel line in front would look strange. But Seeing yours I’m gonna say it looks good.

I tried to run it just above the intake tubing but it was an absolute PITA to get the hose slid on the fuel rail nipples and also on the fuel line. It just didn't feel right. It seemed to put pressure against the fuel rails and I didn't like that.
I slept on it and came up with the upper position the next morning and it just fell into place.
This was the lower position that completely sucked. With the fan shroud on and and other stuff it was impossible to get to and slide the hoses on and off. The upper position is much better.
Besides......all my wiring runs right along the intake centerpiece.
Here you can see the 90 from the fuel rail and also see some of my wiring that has to run over the fuel rail and then between the shroud and intake.
I use all the original holes in the shroud to hold my accessory's There are no other holes drilled into the shroud.
My coil mount bolt holes serve many purposes........

I’ll work it when I get home! Should be able to get that on pretty quick. Then I just need some fittings for my fuel pressure regulator.

Super close to turning the key and doing timing checks and ensuring everything is hooked up.
Running a new fuse panel for switched items.
Need some information if you guys can help: what size is the stock speedometer OD? I have a 4” speedhut tach mph combo. Trying to see what or how I need to cut the dash to fit it.
Thanks
