More crappy welding for you to look at -- one of these days I'll invest into a foot pedal for my TIG -- priced one once and it was twice as much as what I paid for my welder LOL

Image

Had to redo this a couple of times so that I can fit a remote oil filter next to it

Been working on the car alot lately -- nothing that would show up in pictures, the fuel system is done, the oil system is done, Still sorting out the electrical and trying to make it look like something other than a birds nest

The Wife bought me a new Helmet for my birthday -- said I needed something to intimidate the opposition

I'm waferhead there, as the board didn't like my usual...

I have no interest in a foot pedal anymore, I made up 2 of these, for my Synchro and my TA 181i, I will never buy a footpedal now.
I have ~$50 in both, and 35 of that was the cable/connectors.
It zipties to torch handle, so it spins 360, slides up/down.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Image

Call Don at Big Foot and he says that cars that have had the pans halves replaced are having this problem --something about the hole isn't in the right place on the new halves -- Geeezzz -- He says that he'll be glad to send me a different stop they are making that is 3/8" longer -- I said no thanks I'll weld something to it -- 2 Hours from starting this 15 minute job -- done

Image

Something just isn't right -- car is running -- very chitty, but running -- I just can't get it to tune to run decent -- -- I know I suck at the EFI tuning chit but this is really stupid

Image

Took it for a drive -- almost couldn't get it home

Image

OK -- is it the engine or is it the EFI -- one way to test it

Image

OK -- engine runs fine with carb --- only two things I haven't changed, the TB and the brain -- I've got a accufab 65mm TB for a 5.0 mustang so I guess I'll throw it on, -- -- DAMN DAMN DAMN can't find a steel flange for the TB to weld onto my intake -- all of them I find are aluminum -- this is starting to suck

what ECU are you using? don't see how the TB could be causing your problems but that new one sure does look pretty!
