I use polystyren foam, glued in place with polyueratahn foam, from a spray can ( i cant spell these words), Then i sanded everything, and cowered the foam with plastic packaketape.
I use polyester, it cant go trough the tape, and after it hardned, it is easy to remove the foam and tape, from the fiber.
I hope that i make some sense- sorry for my english.
Iam as you now from denmark!!

Niels-Erik,
That is VERY smart, I never would have thought of that.
Let me see if I understand this right, you applied fiberglass cloth with polyester resin over brown packaging tape, and once the fiberglass cured you were able to seperate it from the tape.
What kind of tape, or what is it made of, regular cellulose?

The brown packaging tape, is a normal type- the sort all companies use, somtimes it comes in different collors with company add on. it is a plastic tape, i dont now hwat it is made off, but once the fiberglass cured is is verry easy to seperate.
You can make a test - put some packaging tape on a polistyren pice-then lay a few layer of fiber with polyester , and led it cure.
If you use the right tape, the polystyren will not melt, and it is easy to seperate after the hole is cured. And best off all- it is cheap and easy to work with polystyren and packaging tape.

That was very smart of you to think about that.
