Is there anyone who can help me to get the original geometrical specification, duration, lift and so on for an original cam.
The engine is an AN-enginge, 1.8L from 1974 with original dual Solex carburretors?

Jake Raby has the specs as does a guy in the type4 forum. Do a thread search as it was posted a while back

The 914 cam for all engines on this continent is the same cam that came in teh late 411 and all 412's wether injected or carbed. Its specs are in the Haynes manual for both 914 and 412.
BUT....the web cam specs are for the EARLY 411 cam...not the late 412 cam and 914. It does very well. The difference is that the early 411 pattern was different in intake valve opening points to be reasonably optimized for both carbs and FI.
The first 411's came out with carbs in Europe...but were always planned to have EFI on this continent (the main target of the 411).
I would say that the first 411 cam was really a carb cam....but its intake opening points did well enough for the first year of D-jet. Then very quickly....they changed to the later pattern cam...as it was slightly better for the injection....and just as well for the carbs. Ray
