Type 1 cooling or Porsche style (type 4)???

As above(my subject) I want to ask which type(cooling) to choose for my type 1 engine(2275cc) which I want to get after a full restoration of my car.I am asking because I don't want to have cooling problems in the future??If I step on it (200 Km/h) with 5500RPM for several minutes and the temperature goes up, which cooling type will do a good work??Do you know if someone (friend of yours) has tested these 2 types of cooling which is the best and keep the temperatures to acceptable levels???
