20min to remove a bus engine and tranny! NEW WORLD RECORD

Post by rumplestilskin »

i just got a 78 bus engine complete from a junk yard. it is going into my 77 bus

i got to the yard at 10 am and the owner and his helper were there waiting . theay got the bus out of the rows of cars with a giant fork lift thing. brought it over and tiped it on its side. he went for the torch and i started removing the hanger and tranny mount, he cut the axles and after that we were just a few bolts to remove and wala , less than 20 min the engine was on the floor waiting to be loaded into my aztek!
