Going to replace th ebottoms of my Heater channels and was wondering what size I would need. I have to holes between the jack point and the rear of the heater channel.. The rest of it loosk great so I do not see a need in replacing the entire thing...

I was just wondering what size cutters to get to take the bottom off the heater channel. I will buy the new bottoms and weld them in.....

I've normally bought 1/4" cutters..

There is a spot weld kit sold at most autobody suppliers that only comes in one size.. I've never had an issue with this.

Depending on the condition, there are other tools to remove the spot welds.

Another thing to cionsider is quality. Blair seems to make the best ones. Snap on also sells them. When mine got stolen I bought a cheak copy, Iwent to a drill bit (it require checking the progress more often) until I got the Blair's.
