It's a steel plate with 4 holes (captive nuts) that bolts to the chassis and another plate with 2 holes that bolts to the nose cone of the gearbox. Between the plates is a bonded rubber block.
Mine has come apart, but it looks like I have managed to find a decent used one. So, happy days!!
An original would be needed as a core, the cast steel bits are required...
A service rebuilding them might be viable, as they are NLA.
