Auto trans rebuild info.

I've read somewhere that a rebuild kit for the Type 4 auto transmission can be had for around $100.
Does anyone know where this kit may be available?
Also, is there any info/procedures posted for this rebuild?

I was able to pick everything I need up at my local transmission parts jobber. They even had a manual for the 003, nothing more than a copy of the T3 Bentley.

BTW, I documented what I could a few years back when I did my 003 AT. It's in the "Solutions to Mechanical Problems" sticky, about 1/2 way down...

Not a bad AT to work on, no big show-stopper problems or parts (as long as you have the repair parts kit).
