Hi,
just discovered a strange design likeness between the back of a Chrysler Valiant and the 914 front:
Both cars are of 60's design yes, but NO other comparision can be made!

Interesting...
Sorta on topic, I stumbled upon a great thread the other day on another site, about the origin of the 914 design.
It apparently was an in-house Porsche design after all.

Valiant was really an underappreciated car. I like the older models myself. The slant 6 motor was almost indestructible and really easy to work on. There were a zillion of them sold because they were cheap transportation, then driven through entire families and abused to death. But you could always make it go.

Intresting reading....to me the 914 is one of the best examples of timeless design (as opposite to the Valiant and despite the likeness).
