Have you seen this wiper relay?? Can we use this??

Hey have you guys seen this type of wiper relay? Ebayer # 380182342117 . Think we could use this some how? Maybe move the fuse box wires around....Be cool to have the intermit but then you can get the reostat type that wire in... Bill,jr.
