Does my AutoX engine setup sound reasonable?

I use my 914 for AutoX but also for occasionally driving around town. I am generally happy with my setup. I am hoping that someone could look to see if anybody notices any huge problems with my set up (at least with the parts that I mentioned below). I am really just looking for any huge problems with my setup that I have overlooked, for example- your carbs are way to small for your setup or something like that. I realize that people have their opinions that this or that is better- I am really interested in any major problems. Thanks in advance.

73 914
-1.8l Case
-78.4mm Counterweighted Crank
-Not sure of the lift on the camshaft, it was put in by previous owner. For what I was told, it is made by webcam and was "fairly aggressive".
-96mm Big Bore Kit
-2.0l Heads (port matched)
-MSD 6al
-Bosch 050 Distributor with Pertronix Ignitor 1
-MSD Blaster 2 coil
-Chromoly pushrods with clearance set to 0 cold
-1 5/8 od diameter heat exchanger tubes
-several different high flow muffler options (shouldn't be a problem)
-deep sump kit
-external oil cooler
-dual Weber 40 idfs (recently rebuilt)
-32 main venturis
-135 main jets
-f11 emulsion tubes
-235 air correction jets
-50 idle jets
-floats set at 10mm
-fuel pressure at 3.5

Any major problems jump out at anyone? Car runs great- just want to make sure i'm not missing anything.

Thank you

Any major problems jump out at anyone?
Would be nice to know which cam ?

Well not so much as major problems, except for maybe the MSD Blaster 2 coil with the Pertronix module ? The Pertronix modules have a recommended amperage range for the coils and the MSD may not be correct ?

A nice exh will make a difference, and that 's not heat exchangers.

The 40's are a little small, 44's would be better.

2.5 to 3 psi fuel pressure.

Idles seem a little small @ 50, maybe 55's would be better.

Air's seem a little to big @ 235 ? 200's sound better.

But since your generally happy with your setup, playing with the jetting, won't cost much but could yield some better performance.

dump the counterweighted crank for something lighter as in a type4 you don't need counterweights and for AX you want a engine that spins up fast!

Spend time getting the carb sync perfect and getting the jetting spot on. For AX you want totally linear throttle response and no flat spots, surging, spitting back, etc.
