Welcome to the forums!
Fronts are same as Porsche 914 (42mm piston), still available, but $$. Can upgrade to BWM 320i calipers (48mm piston) also, but need spindle offset modification (?). Can upgrade to vented Porsche 911-M calipers (48mm piston), but need hub modification. I have pair of used '73 calipers in good shape from my daily driver for $50.
Rears are same as late Type 3, still available.

Welcome to the STF!
The drums/rotors/calipers you have will probably break free and/or clean up, and the calipers are easily rebuilt.
(The $50 offer is great tho if rebuildable)
I got a nice 69 Bug once for $400 since the "brakes were frozen"...
Dropping the clutch at ~5K cured that, drove it home.
(Expression on sellers face: Priceless)
If you have an automatic Do Not Try That. Big hammer and torch time.
(In fact, I'm not sure I'd try that in a T4 manual trans due to it being unobtanium)
USUALLY it's only the rears locked due to the pking brake being set (I've had the rears rust lock sitting a week at the airport in PDX)
...if the fronts are locked it's usually rust wedged behind the caliper piston seal.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Nope, rears are late Type 3 drums.
MC is 411/412 only. Watch out, don't buy the 411/412 servo (power assisted) MC that is out there. It has the mounting flange on the end. The manual MC has the mounting flanges on the side - harder to find, but still some around. Search here for a lot of info on rebuilding them.
