Anyone buy from ImportMotor.com?

My engine is shot. I have found a company called importmotor.com from Los Angeles. Has anyone dealt with them? What is their reputation? His website is packed with information. I talked to him on the phone and he seems knowledgeable.

The most common post about importmotor.com is people asking for feedback on importmotor...
First rule:You tend to get what you pay for.
I have never heard of them before today.
OTOH, there are only a few places I'll even buy parts from anymore.
BTW---Clearly define "shot".
T4 bottom ends are usually quite stout.
Easiest way to look for stuff like that is Google site search...
importmotor site:pelicanparts.com
repeat for all the usual sites.
