While cleaning up the wiring behind the dash on my 1974 type 1 I came across this connector that wasnt plugged up to anything.I have tried relentlessly to trace it down in my service manual and haynes manual. Its a factory connector and from what I have traced it goes part to the relay board and part to the fuses panel. Its a 8 pin plug with the 5 slot empty.here is a break down of the wires for the remaing slots on the plug.
1 and 2 Brown(slot 1 is looped into slot 2)...3 Red...4 Green/Red stripe...6 White/Green stripe...7 Black...8 Yellow/Red stripe
I am guessing it might have been used for the factory radio.Thank you for any help
Need help in finding out what this connector/plug is

Goes to the brake warning light on the RH side of the speedo (K7 on the diagram). #6 is gray/green-stripe, from the e-brake switch.
