411 44.5mm slave cyl. spare/rebuild/ seals / what to do ?

Hi,

I have a 1971, 411, 44.5mm clutch slave which is seriously pitted and probably
cannot be fixed by honing. I found a spare, but it' s in equal shape.

Could someone knowledgeable summarize options and any parts
available (if any):

1) Complete slave cylinders, I guess these aren't available, that would
be too good to be true ?

2) Seal/ rebuild kits ? also not available ?

3) Custom made seals, I saw a thread from 2010 where Ray was discussing
a custom order from a US shop ? What's the situation with this ?

4) Ray also mentioned some guiding rings to centralize the piston in the
bore, any parts like that available ?

5) Anyone consided machining the cylinder to oversize, say 1mm more
in diameter and then machining a new piston to fit the oversize
cylinder ? New piston could have 2 seals to keep it straight ?

Thanks for any information helping me to get my transmissions unit
in good shape. Haven´t opened the clutch and brake master cylinders
yet.... :)

Best regards, Iiro
