Hello everyone.
New to the forum. Gonna search around and see what I can learn.
I am rebuilding my trike of many years.
I have been running a 2110, lots of cam and 44's since the mid 80's.
Going back together a 2387 and fuel injected.
Going to change its appearance and put some color it.

ok so I re size a pic then......

Welcome to the STF!

resize it to 800x600 or 600x800 or smaller, save as a jpg, and upload it.

Must be 800x600 or smaller, and under 125kb. (jpg will deal with the file size, as would saving as a png, also a legal format)

On an iphone, small or medium size picture will be fine.

All my pics are larger than 800.

I resized one to post here.

Was three handfuls with the 2110.
Gonna take the "full pucker method" to stay with it as a 2387 and fuelie.
Ever straddle a stroker motor in a 850 lb bike?

With EFI (assuming full EMS w/ programmable ignition as well) you can easily tweak the timing to make it smooth/docile around town at low RPM.

We have a healthy engine management forum here with a Megasquirt subforum and even helpful vendors, lots of aircooled-EFI specific help available when you get to that.

Vicksburg Mississippi

Anyone know how deep (or even if ya can) dish the newer mahle pistons?

My chambers are now too small for the increased displacement.

You can't dish them much, you can put pretty deep valve reliefs in the AA forged slugs might have more meat in crown as well.
More cam will fix it

note: the AA "true-forged" slugs need additional piston<>bore clearance.
a not minor point as folks overlooking that gave them an undeserved bad reputation.
Bad Things happen when the pistons lock in the undersized bore at 7000 RPM.

I might have to use that on the next "I locked my 009 turbo timing at 24 degrees and my heads melt at cruise" episode.
