I'm sure the cars can handle it, I was just wondering if there are any trailer hitches available from anyone on here, and any recommendations specific to the 412? I would be towing a small motorcycle trailer with a 400lb bike, so nothing crazy.
The car is the one built by Bill K, so has upgraded brakes and suspension already, as well.

Re: Towing with a 412?
I "think" it can handle it. I have driven many thousands of miles with an average of 300+ lbs in the trunk and maybe 200+ lbs in the rest of the car besides me. Make no mistake....its not great for it in hot weather. I would be more worried about the automatic transmission than anything else. It already runs hot qnd no trasnmission cooler.
The real killer....is where to actually bolt or weld on the hitch. The 6 tiny 8mm bolts on the back bumper are not ideal. I have snapped some of these before just doing something stupid like stepping/standing on the bumper. I would think a combined connetion to the bumper and an extension to the chassis may be the way to go. Ray

Thanks Ray. Remember - this one is a 2056cc and a rebuilt 4 speed.
