VW IRS transmission Help

Hello Everyone. I have an IRS transaxle that throws me the reverse. I don't know what can be damaged, somebody can help me? Also, I'm looking for a place that sells VW transaxle parts in US.

Usually it's the sliding reverse gear, you need to know what style reverse gear and what tooth count reverse gear you need. The tooth count will be based on the 1-2 slider's teeth, which can also be damaged and causing it to pop out as well.
